Description:  A glimpse at the Newark station, inside anyways, where you slide your card and can access PATH transit trains and Amtrak, along with NJT... I would have shot PATH but they are bad about photography around them.

NYC Subway.
Title:  NYC Subway.
Description:  NYC is a vastly dense and large city and in order to get people around, they need a way to move efficiently. Subways are a fairly inexpensive option for residents and visitors in NYC as the city has near 8 million or more people in it. The subway ridership is near 2.5M every year and are extremely busy. Here, This is an exit out of the subway for Queens and downtown NYC... (Manhatten was where we spent most of the day). Subways are numbered and lettered and are fairly easy to familiarize with after awhile.

The E Train.
Title:  The E Train.
Description:  When we arrived on the NJT train into Penn station, we found the E train for the World Trade center where we would start our day in the city. The train ran a bit late but it was no worries, although subways get VERY warm.

Description:  There was two "E" trains- one in both directions as i found out. There is, i believe 10 or 11 routes the subways take on the MTA system.

Description:  One of the busiest sections of railroad in the United States is what you are looking at in this photo. The traffic rarely has gaps and if it does, not more than 20 minutes... if that. The NEC sees Amtrak regionals, acela, many long distance trains, Keystone trains and NJ transit. I shot a few examples here before me and a friend called it quits for the evening.

Description:  Northbound signals for track 3 and 4 light up for northbounds to Newark and NYC... To the left, NJT trains sit at the closed Jersey Ave station awaiting a busy Monday morning rush. This station is ideal for weekends because it is not serviced... this is a very busy station during weekdays.
